We have room blocks at three hotels in Napa for your convenience.
The Westin Napa, The River Terrace Inn, and the Hawthorn Inn (more details on each below).
The Westin Napa is directly adjacent to The River Terrace Inn along the Napa River. The River Terrace Inn is also where we will be hosting the welcome reception on the evening of September 19 to which all are invited.
Keep in mind that wedding day shuttles will pick up at both The River Terrace Inn and the Hawthorn Inn.
We recommend booking accommodations soon as our wedding will take place during high travel season and hotels will book up quickly.

In order to best organize the shuttle service, please send us your accommodation plans. Please do so, even if you are staying in a private home, vacation rental, or crashing someone's couch.

There are no double bedded rooms; all rooms have king beds.

Pre and Post Stays:
The hotel has provided the group the option to come in a few days prior or stay a few days after the event at the same group rates (based on hotel availability). They do not guarantee any rooms, but are happy to offer if available. At this time, the only rooms in the block are what were contracted. If guests try to book pre and post at this time, they will be told the hotel is sold out. If you want to add room nights, please contact the hotel directly by calling Shanti Hernandez (event coordinator) at 707-257-5123.

The Westin does have portable cribs and if you need one please make the request when you reserve.
Napa Valley Baby Gear Rentals
This is a local company that provides quality baby rentals (cribs, high chairs, strollers, bouncers, etc). They deliver all your gear right to the hotel - it should be in the room when you arrive and they will pick it up on the day you leave. They have offered us a discount code for the wedding weekend.Please enter the code CAWEDDING when you fill out your quote or mention it when you book over the phone.
